  I went into store on Wednesday to drop my iwatch 2 off to have the screen replaced. Store wasn’t busy with 2 staff not serving and no customers waiting. I was told it would cost £259 to have the watch replaced. I agreed but was then told I needed an appointment with a technician to send it off. I asked when I could come back and they said Monday the 12th at 11.40. This is ridiculous, for someone to take my details etc and arrange to send it off. This has put me off all apple products if these are the stupid rules they instill on their loyal customers. I didn’t need an appointment 6 weeks ago when the store was packed on a Saturday , to buy 3 iPad pros, pens and insurance! Unfortunately I have just purchased an iPhone X and all 4 of us have apple phones etc. I was looking to upgrade to an apple computer and Apple TV but I won’t be doing this now!! I won’t be attending the branch to have my watch repaired as I can get a brand new one (series 3) delivered to my door for less money and sooner than my appointment. So thanks for all your help!!
