  I love Costa coffe, but this branch of Costa’s in Canterbury cannot make a cappuccino. Twice we have bought cappuccinos here and we end up with uneven amounts of frothy milk and espresso shots. One cup has all of the milk (so basically an Americano with milk), and the other cup has all the milk froth but no liquid milk. When you pick it up you can tell because it feels like an empty cup. This has happened every time we order two cappuccinos, they cannot distribute the milk properly which leads to very disappointing coffees.
